Design Engineer

This rapidly expanding manfacturer of specialist tooling systems wishes to appoint a design draughtsman to work in their busy design office.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with 3D Cad systems (ideally Solidworks) and have good understanding of the entire design process from customer specification through to productionisation.

You will be working with customers, suppliers and the manufacturing side of the business. Our ideal person will be a well organised, confident communicator who can build effective working relationships in order to help the customer to acheive their desired outcome. Initiative and a \"can do\" attitude are as much a prerequisite of the role as your abilities in mechanical engineering and design.
