ETS is based in Gloucestershire and specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals for the Manufacturing, Process and Scientific sectors throughout the U.K.

There is a small residual client base in Scotland and ETS seeks to appoint a locally based partner to develop and run the business in Scotland on a franchise/ license model.

The ideal applicant will be a successful perms consultant or recruitment business manager who wishes to capitalize on an established recruitment brand using our tools and resources to build and own a recruitment business within this exclusive territory.

ETS Technical Selection Ltd operates RDB ProNet with a Broadbean plugin for job posting which is also licensed for the Broadbean syndicated job board database search function (Stream).

With access to all of the Major Jobs Boards and the provision of a dedicated receptionist service, training, IT systems and technical support, HR support (via Peninsula Business Systems), Accountancy support (all your Vat PAYE and credit control) you can focus entirely on developing and servicing your business in Scotland.

The business can be operated from either a home or office environment- to get started all that is required is a phone and broadband connection.
