Instrumentation test and calibration manager

This is a Major Global player in the process equipment sector.

The position is to manage the test and calibration section for this company\'s range of flow meters. The objective is to obtain UKAS accreditation for the facility.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven record of working to UKAS standards and ideally be familiar with the engineering principles behind flow meters or other realted process instrumentation.

However the brief has the flexibility to stand with a high calibre flexible fast learner who can make a case for themself.

I.e. you will understand basic flow engineering, calibration rigs, instrumentation and calibration certification etc.

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering Degree or HND/HNC as a minimum.

It is essential that you understand what makes an effective process and can combine this practicality with the insight and interpersonal skills to manage the department productively with NPI\'s, UKAS accreditation, Q.A. and process improvements.

Interestingly this is one of the fastest growing value streams in the company.
