Product Support Engineer

Reporting to the Product Engineering Support Manager, your main duty will be to maintain the high quality and performance of the company’s products.

You will develop an in-depth understanding of the product range from operation through to manufacture - where you will be responsible for continuous improvement to either reduce cost, enhance performance, or to improve manufacturing efficiency.

As a minimum you will have the skills to solve complex engineering problems, and the ability and drive to see them through to a successful conclusion.

You will be qualified to a minimum of HNC/HND or equivalent in a mechanical or
Engineering/ science related discipline, and will also be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent communication skills

The ability to make good decisions based on sound judgment

Excellent organisation skills

The ability to work effectively both as a team player and alone

Computer literacy, including MS Office and Outlook
