Quality & Engineering Manager

A global market leader in pressure and temperature measurement solutions are now looking for a Quality and Engineering Manager. Previous responsibility for a Company Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2008 or at least previous experience working at a senior level in a quality related role is essential, together with management experience within an engineering Company and direct people management experience of either technicians or production employees is also essential. relevant education and qualifications would be a distinct advantage together with excellent organisational skills. Experience of real continuous improvement, lean processes and systems (Kaizen techniques)would be an advantage.
