Located in a converted barn on the outskirts of the historic Cotswold town of Cirencester ETS is a small, specialist engineering recruitment firm with a well-established portfolio of clients. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced consultant to join our team and help take the company forward. Previous experience in technical recruitment is not important, although a proven ability in telephone-based sales/business development is essential. At ETS we are firm believers in “Quality of Life” and, although consultants are encouraged to work hard and to be successful, we don’t feel this should be to the detriment of a sense of job satisfaction and personal development. Although ETS is an extremely successful business where high achievers are amply rewarded for the contributions they make, we have also tried to create a friendly and supportive working environment where consultants can really flourish as individuals.
