Gloucestershire-based specialist recruitment consultancy has new vacancy for an experienced Sales Consultant to join its recruitment team. Candidates must have a minimum of six months\' experience in a telephone-based sales environment and should have a proven track record in New Business sales. Previous experience in the recruitment industry is not essential for this role - a natural aptitude for sales and business development work being perhaps more important. Candidates must be able to work well on their own initiative with minimal supervision in a small team set-up, and will be friendly and supportive team-players. The successful candidate will be joining a small team of specialist recruiters in a lively work environment and will benefit from a good basic salary plus attractive bonus and commission package.
