Role: Sales Manager - Mechanical
Location: Somerset / South West
Basic Annual Salary: £35k - £45k + Car + Company Pension + Healthcare + Benefits
This market leading mechanical engineering company specialising in the supply to the automotive industry are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team.
You will have proven previous field sales experience and have a background in selling into the automotive industry. A good understanding of engine / powertrain / bearings / metal components is ideal.
A background in selling mechanical products to the automotive industry throughout the UK and throughout Europe.
You should also have a good understanding of the French language.
The role will involve:
- Managing and leading new business launches
- Developing account strategies / plans for assigned customers
- Preparing submissions, Negotiating long-term price agreements
- Generating monthly activity and customer visit reports
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with assigned customers.
