Service Engineer (Electrical)

This manufacturer of test systems wishes to appoint an electrical service engineer with a recognized electrical qualification C&G level 3/ equivalent or higher.

The role is 80% based at their premises in Northamptonshire with 20% of your time spent overseas on customer sites (typically visits are 5-8 days in duration).

The appointee will be working on system tests and overhauls whilst handling technical support queries by phone and email when in the UK and when overseas the work will be the management of commissioning and high level reactive service work.

Our ideal candidate will be a flexible team worker who is able to travel at short notice. The role is heavily customer facing and as such we seek an engineer who is a friendly and confident communicator, a practical problem solver and technically able.
